After 30 years of sales-experience in Engineering Plastics at AKZO Plastics and DSM, Mr Sybrand R. Siezen started in 1996 his own business , by working as a free agent and buying and selling POLYmers, from his home-office in VELp. POLYVEL was born! Since 2001 Mr. Ewoud J. Siezen joined the company and after more than 10 years of activities for different principals, meanwhile the business has been extended next to the main field of Engineering Plastics, such as Polyamides, PBT and TPE-E, into new markets for recycled HDPE, PP/PE densified material and production waste of Engineering Plastics. Since 1996 many changes took place in the Plastic Industry. Many companies were sold and familiar names disappeared and a lot of new named companies were created. This continuous process of changing circumstances makes it absolutely necessary for this small trading company to stay alert and to be informed, in order to be able to serve our relations not only by selling materials, but to create a constant dialog to find the optimal way in offering the right materials from the best possible and trustful source. POLYVEL considers this continuous challenge as the engine of her activities
